Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

About Returns

Customers can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with their purchase. The items must be in new/unused condition.

Return Criteria:

Authorized returns must be unused and in pristine condition, including all items and components in their original packaging.

Returned merchandise must not have been disassembled, installed, modified, or damaged by incorrect installation or user operation.

Returns will be refused if there are scratches, oil stains, or any other damages on the product.

About Exchanges

If there is any problem with the product within one year, you can return it directly for an exchange. Please contact us at felix34520@gmail.com to discuss an exchange.

Fill out the relevant form, and we will receive your application.

For compatibility issues or defective parts, you may need to provide pictures of the product and a detailed description of the problem for further inspection.

In some cases, specific products may not need to be returned. We will provide instructions on how to destroy or dispose of them.

Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Customer Support Confirmation

Return processing time is estimated to be 3-5 working days.

Return the Goods

Once the return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label with instructions on how to return the goods to the BJchiwu warehouse.

We expect to review your returned parts within 20 days.

Refund

Refunds will be made to your original payment account within three days.

3. Return Fees

For all return orders, the seller is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Return Address

The return address is indicated on the return label.

5. Other Situations

BJchiwu.com is not responsible for installation or labor costs, towing costs, additional repair costs, or rental car costs resulting from the use of incorrect or defective parts during installation.

Upon receipt of your order, please thoroughly inspect all packaging for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. If you receive missing, damaged, or incorrect parts, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with a return for replacement or refund. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or incorrect parts on all products after 60 days, regardless of the party at fault.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All such claims must be handled through the shipping company.
