To ensure faster and safer delivery, we choose FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL Ground/Air service. Shipping methods offered vary by product type and shipping destination.

Standard Shipping:

Most in-stock products and orders will be shipped the same day or within 1 business day with a 3-5 day transit time.

On customized or made-to-order product shipments:

Custom or made-to-order products may require fabrication, painting, embroidery, or assembly, so shipping times will vary.

About shipping methods for oversized products:

Oversized products must be shipped by truck or LTL freight, which is different from other ground shipping methods.

Caution:

Please note that oversized products require inspection and signature services.

2. Scope of Delivery and Other Info

Delivery Area: We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States for orders over $30. Overseas U.S. states and islands (e.g., Hawaiian Islands, Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.) are excluded from delivery.
